Before ordering, it is the customer's responsibility to read and understand this post.
- All orders require a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit. This is 50% of the total on your invoice and the payment is due within 24 hours of receiving the invoice.
- After all order details are finished I will email you the invoice. Your order will not be added to the list until the deposit is received. Orders are completed in the order they come in. I do not accept rush orders.
- *NEW* FULL PAYMENT is required before I start your order. If you did not pay in full when you ordered, I will message you a few days before I plan to start so you can pay the remaining balance. You have 5 days to send the remaining balance from the time I message you. If not paid in time, I have full rights to cancel your order and keep the nonrefundable deposit.
- Turn around time is on the invoice. Please do not message me asking where your product is before the estimated turn around time arrives.
- Orders with certain sizing, such as bronc nosebands, car coasters, bracelets, etc. are made with a standard sizing. If you need custom sizing please let me know and I can do that! If proper details are not provided by the customer until after the product is made, no refund will be provided.
- Photos of your item(s) will be sent to you once they are completed. All items will be shipped within 2-4 business days.
- Small products such as watchbands, keychains, car coasters, etc. can ship as standard letter mail. If you would like coverage and tracking on these items, please let me know as it is an extra charge.
- All orders are final sale.
- Shipping is additional/buyers responsibility. GST is added on top of the price of all items.
- All prices are in Canadian dollars.
Surefire Performance and Design has no control over the application, animal/human behaviour, use or misuse of our products (ie. dog scratching at collar and paint comes off). Once shipped, the user assumes ALL responsibility of my products. I am not liable for any equipment failure from use or misuse of products. By sending a deposit and/or purchasing a pre made product you are agreeing to these conditions.
I strive to create the best products I can and I appreciate your respect and patience as I create it.
