Shipping policy

Shipping prices vary depending on what items are in your cart. If a product can be shipped by letter mail, then it will, meaning there is no tracking number.  This is disclosed at checkout. If you require tracking on an item, make sure to select this at checkout! Letter mail and PO Box addresses are shipped through Canada Post only. Tracked parcels with physical addresses may be shipped with a variety of carriers including Canada Post, Purolator, UPS, Canpar, etc. 

If the wrong shipping address is provided at checkout, no refund will be given. If the item returns to Surefire Performance and Design the customer will be responsible for additional shipping charges. 

All premade items will be shipped out within 1-4 business days. For custom orders, turnaround time is disclosed to each individual at the time of ordering. 

Surefire Performance and Design has no control and assumes no responsibility once the item has been shipped. 

For local pickup in Hanna, AB, use code “LOCALPICKUP” at checkout to cancel delivery charges. I live in town, but I may be away for certain days so if you choose local pickup you must be open to waiting a certain amount of time before I can get your item to you. If you choose local pickup, you must pick up your order within 10 days. Please understand if you choose local pickup, I cannot guarantee a time that you will get your item, but that I will work hard to get it to you in a timely matter.
