Name can be changed! I can add a patch over the old name and put whatever name you’d like on it! Please leave a note at checkout with the name you want on it and the colour. Or if you want it to stay at ‘Matt’ we can leave it! Smallest hole is approximately 18” with largest at 20.5”. It is 2” wide with a 1” buckle.
